Trickal Holdings Limited
These terms cover TFx Markets. Read the risk section before you follow a signal or pay for a plan. Questions go to Contact.
TFx Markets is a trading desk and learning room operated under Trickal Holdings Limited. When these terms say “we”, “the desk”, or “TFx”, they mean that business. The public site trickalholdings.com is the holding company site. TFx Markets is the product you are using.
TFx gives members a place to learn market structure and to follow the desk: live signals, live trading sessions, market insight, TFx Edu, and the tools on the site. A membership is access to that work. It is not a brokerage account, not a bank account, and not money placed with us to trade for you.
Trading forex, gold, indices, and crypto can lose money, including the whole amount you put at risk. Prices gap, spreads widen, and a platform can fail. A signal can lose. A live session can be wrong. Past pips, charts, and lessons do not predict the next result. You can lose more than you expected if you size a trade badly or if your broker’s rules allow it. Only use money you can afford to lose.
You place trades on an account in your own name at a broker you choose. TFx does not hold your trading funds, does not log in to your broker for you, and does not promise to copy a trade onto your account. Entry, stop, and target on a signal are a plan. You decide whether to take it, how large it is, and when to exit.
Live signals are buy or sell calls with an entry, a stop, and a pip result when the desk closes them. Live trading is a timed session with a chart and, when the session is open, a join link. Market insight is the desk’s read of a market. TFx Edu is course material. All of this is for education and for members who choose to trade their own account. None of it is a personal recommendation that a trade is suitable for you.
We do not promise income, a win rate, a funded payout, or a job. Anyone who tells you TFx guarantees profit is wrong. Examples on the site, including stick figures and sample trades, are illustrations.
Paid plans are billed in Malawi kwacha and described on the pricing page. Paying gives access to the plan you chose. The fee is not trading capital and is not a deposit held for a broker. If a payment method on the page says Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, or bank transfer, that is how the desk may collect the fee. Access can be paused if a payment is missing or if an account breaks these terms.
A funded account means trading capital supplied under someone else’s rules. That path is not open yet. Choosing “Looking for a funded account” sends an enquiry. It does not award capital, a challenge, or a contract.
“I am a trader” lets you tell the desk you want a funded account, a trading job, a place on the desk, help learning, or something else. We read the name, WhatsApp number, email, and message in the admin dashboard. A submission is not a job offer, not employment, and not a place on a funded programme.
“I am a broker” is for firms that want to talk about an introducing-broker programme. Sending the form does not make you a partner. An IB relationship exists only if Trickal Holdings Limited later agrees it in writing.
Lessons, PDFs, videos, and pictures on TFx Edu are for members to study inside the portal. Do not republish them, sell them, or pass a member login to someone else. A screenshot is still possible. That does not give anyone else a right to the file.
When you create an account or send an application we keep the name, email, WhatsApp number, and message you typed, so the desk can reply and run the membership. We do not sell that list. You can ask us to correct a contact detail by writing to the email below.
Phone and WhatsApp: 0997407598 and 0882760564. Email: tfxmarkets@trickalholdings.com. Those lines reach the TFx desk at Trickal Holdings Limited.
We can update these terms when the product changes. The page on the site is the current version. Using TFx after a change means you accept the page as it stands.
